6 years ago, I retired from Cirque du Soleil after performing for 13 years. I was not sure what was next, and it was scary... Now I work in tech, and I LOVE IT!
Despite English being my second language, having a strong accent, always being self-conscious about that... and after making a living dancing for 13 years... I now speak DAILY with multiple strangers and teach them how to implement tech and software tools - for cars - can you believe that?!?! 2 separate tech company jobs and owning 3 franchises later, I am rock solid in my confidence and skills.
